CHANGE IN
PERMANENT EMPLOYEES

Employees who retired during the financial year were on average 60 years of age. The average age of employees who resigned was 45.

Excluding retirements, the turnover rate for employees was 1.8%, which is remarkably low.

During the financial year, 14 permanent employees of the Fonds (4 women and 10 men – 1 manager, 10 professionals and 3 technical and office personnel) took maternity, paternity or adoption leave. All of these people are still employed by the Fonds.
